I started my Yoga teaching journey teaching Children ages 3-7 years within primary schools. Over the past 5 years I have been lucky enough to work with children in-school, on outreach projects and within before school and after school clubs.
My passion is to teach children tools from an emotional resilience toolbox so they can learn emotional intelligence and key skills to enable them to self soothe and feel stronger and in control of their own emotions.
I feel strongly that we can support building the blocks of resilience with children from 3 years – 11 years, if we teach children emotional regulation at a young age it will have a huge impact on mental health statistics.

Currently, I teach in Chorlton Cof E Primary School, Brookburn Primary School.
Workshops are also available to give children a Yoga-Taster Day.

Life as a teenager is hard, with the introduction of social media and technology life for them seems much harder.
Yoga can provide a toolbox of strategies to help through life. Having a teenager and remembering how life was so much more challenging as a teenager I could see the benefits of developing a yoga practice as a young person and how that could offer you many skills for life.
Training with the Teen Yoga Foundation has supported my existing teaching to make it much more approachable for teenagers.

In my classes, I believe in aligning our classes with the cyclical patterns of the moon.
The moon has a profound impact on our emotions and feelings, influencing our daily lives.
With over 26,000 years of studying the planets and the moon, we have gained valuable knowledge on how to live harmoniously on Earth.
By understanding the ebb and flow of the seasons, we can adapt to our environment and approach life with a softer, more balanced perspective.
Each class begins with a dedicated time to “arrive” – to fully immerse yourself in the present moment, reconnect with your body, and focus on your breath. I then delve into the teachings of astrology, linking each astrological sign with specific body parts.
By working on these areas, you can experience noticeable changes within your body, while also strengthening the mind-body connection.
My classes are designed to help you harness the energy around you, enabling you to adapt to life’s challenges with ease. By embracing the power of the moon and its influence, you can navigate through life without constantly swimming against the tide.

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. It has many qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
Mandala Vinyasa yoga, is a practice that works towards a firm intention and established on the four elements– Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each of these elements have their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles: Air– quads and backbends. It focuses on energy flow.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles and a key focus on meditation.
